Logo, Branding & Corporate ID
My approach to logo development is very calculated. I administer creative briefs and gather a lot of information before putting pencil to paper. I tend to create clean, practical logos while adhering to an original, creative direction to maximize quick brand recognition.

  • The Millennium Science Complex
  • This logo was developed for the Millennium Science Complex at The Pennsylvania State University. It is designed to reflect the convergence of two major areas of research - materials sciences and life sciences. Although many visual ideas to represent convergence can be explored, the striking architecture of the Millennium Science Complex was a fitting visual representation.
  • The Millennium Science Complex was completed in the Fall of 2011. A 275,600 square-foot science building, it will house two of the University's premier research organizations - the Materials Research Institute and The Huck Institutes for the Life Sciences. • Keewaydin Cider Mill
  • The Keewaydin Cider Mill is remotely located in the rolling hills of Central Pennsylvania. Aside from its road-side fruit stand, the property is marked by an old school house.
  • The Keewaydin Cider Mill logo was used across bottle labels and six-packs as a primary identifier. The Keewaydin Cider Mill was a brand new venture, so it was important to make the logo prominent and central to create brand recognition.
  • A scalloped background and border were used across labels and six-packs to create consistency and texture, while a hand-illustrated apple lends a sense of old-school originality.
